Blade Title is named for our founding father, Paul Blade—literally the founder of the company and the father of partner and son, Bill Blade. Paul Blade first opened his company as Blade Law Office in 1976 based on his family values from the very beginning. So it is only appropriate that his son Bill decided to join some 20 years later. Together, father and son decided to devote 100% of the company’s resources to a market desperately in need of real estate services from a company with family values that clients could count on.
