OUR STORY

Our story, the story of Blade Title, began in 1976, when entrepreneur Paul Blade saw a hole in his town that needed to be filled—a law office where people could go to receive top-notch experience with personal and trustworthy treatment.

Paul Blade practiced law, acquired loyal customers and most importantly, provided for his family for nearly 20 years, when his son, Bill Blade, decided he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. And thus, in 1995, Blade & Blade, P.A. was formed.

Four years later, in 1999, Blade Title was opened because the father and son team wanted to address some of the common problems that can happen in real estate transactions.

Blade Title wanted to provide a solution to these problems, and together they decided that the best way to do that would be to open a different kind of title company, one dedicated to offering real estate services, one that had the knowledge of experienced lawyers, all while making sure that their client always comes first.
First they had to ask themselves what it really means to make the client come first. They thought about how they would want their own family members to be treated in similar real estate transactions, and from there they came up with a list of promises
